Radiography

Radiographs are an important diagnostic tool for evaluating a variety of skeletal conditions.

Our veterinarians are equipped with digital radiography units that are capable of taking images on-site and are immediately available for viewing.

Radiographs may be helpful when diagnosing lameness, evaluating osteoarthritis, determining proper angles for regular and corrective shoeing, as well as emergent situations, such as possible fractures. Radiographs also may be utilized during pre-purchase examinations to gather more information on a prospective horse.
